This work is a special portrait created during my youth, when my future husband and I had just met. I depicted us as two kittens to convey the tenderness, trust, and purity of our first feelings. The soft, warm shades of fur and the deep dark background emphasize the atmosphere of comfort and emotional closeness. The kittens’ large eyes are filled with sincerity and anticipation of the future.
For me, this painting is not just a memory, but a symbol of the beginning of a great story that we are building together. It reminds me of the value of simple moments, of youth, and of how important it is to keep the warmth of first emotions in my heart.
